How To Bake A Cosmic Cake
Recipe for Creation
You know the metaphor about reaching a fork in the road of life? I was thinking about that today. I came to the conclusion that when you reach that fork, there’s really just two choices. You can take the path of the heart, or you can take the path of greed. The path of the heart leads to joy, balance, coherence, consciousness and sovereignty. The path of greed leads to being anxious, unhappy, self centered, parasitic and a materialistic slave. Which path you choose also leads to whether you’re a creative participant in your story, or whether you get swept away in the mass unconscious current. On that note, I have a recipe for baking a delicious cosmic creation cake.
You start with conceiving a dream in your heart. Perhaps the dream is really more of a cosmic inception that you’ve become aware of vibrating there. All creation begins in the heart. Heart frequency is the main key that the cosmic symphony tunes to.
Next ingredient is speech. Say your dream out loud. In the beginning there was the word. Be sure you’re speaking from the heart. Even better, sing it. Singing amplifies the magic.
Next ingredient is sincere emotion. Let your words and vision be saturated with bubbling feeling from the heart. Emotions like appreciation, anticipation and excitement work well.
Next ingredient is belief. Sincerely infuse your dream with your staunch belief in it. If doubts bubble up, pop them. Doubts sabotage your intent. Pop them with exaggeration. Cartoonishly yell them out and pantomime them until the tension dissolves. Shine a light on the monster and it will shrink away.
Next ingredient is story telling. Create a wondrous story around your dream. Give it a past and future. Give it detail. Give it color. Give it life. Run the movie through the theater of your mind.
Next ingredient is flow. Let it flow and let it go. Let the master artist that created this entire miracle fill in the colors. Have perfect faith in their vision. This is the opposite of using any force. Force ruins the cake. It creates a distorted, bitter batch. It’s my experience that if it’s not flowing, jump ship – no matter how attached to the outcome you may be. If it doesn’t flow, it’s not for you. It means you’re pushing the river. You can pretend that persevering, pushing, struggling and the like shows will power, and makes you stronger. They do not. They make you a fool.
Do all these things with the heart of a child at play. The innocence and delight of a child is the flour that creates the cosmic cake. Seriousness is poison. It causes the cake to fall.
There’s a cake decorating technique called doing the legwork. Get physical. Recruit the body in the game. Energy follows attention. The body in deliberate movement is some powerful energy. Example: If you’re creating getting a car, go to car lots and look at cars.
Finally, repeat all of the above. Not beat a dead horse repeat. Elegantly repeat until the tension to do so dissolves.
Now you’re ready to manifest the cake from the oven, cut a slice, savor it’s delight, lay back and enjoy. You’re now a master baker. You’re now a creative participant in the cosmic dance. It’s still important to remember that you’re not the choreographer.
