Excellent! Thank you.

Much of what you wrote was news to me, but I grew up hearing many of the issues tangential to the subject - I also appreciate how you presented these big ideas without the polemics that is usually involved.

And I especially like that I've had a personal mystery solved - these magic mushrooms also are the homes of the popular Smurfs cartoon from the 80's! There was plausible deniability before (I suppose) because the shape of the larger ones are not the same, but those little ones in the picture you provided are the exact model of the home the smurfs live in.

I can’t take credit on this one. It’s Eric Dubay’s wonderful video. I hope you watched it, it’s amazing, and his voice is perfect for it. It’s one of my favorite little Christmas stories. I just took the text from the video, and also the essay Eric wrote accompanying it.

How are you doing these days?

I haven’t watched it yet - but I will. I think he’s an excellent presenter for sure and look forward to seeing it.

I’m doing well - happily involved in the whirlwind going on in the macrocosmic soul-world. Outwardly life is quiet and peaceful by contrast, but I won’t complain about that.

Oh! And have I mentioned the substack subscriber that I played D&D with who I thought might have died in late October - is alive? I received word a couple of days ago - when she awoke from a coma.

How about you?

This mushroom video is truly special and incredible, seriously! It’s the kind of information that you seem to love and seek out. It brings up the ceremonial use of mushrooms in ancient civilizations like Egypt and more. It’s really thorough, not just about Christmas.

You did mentioned the substack subscriber that I played D&D and woke up in a coma. What happened there? That’s just too bizarre.

I’m kind of just truckin’ like the do-dah man, day to day, like the Grateful Dead song.

Yes, I do love that kind of stuff.

I am hoping for the ‘full story’ about the ‘bizarre coma’ incident too. If I get permission to tell about it (and I can do it respectfully enough) I will certainly do so. It’s a powerful story just from my observer’s perspective.

I am sorry to hear about the back pain and insomnia - I will not sit idly by.

Here’s a strange bit of info about the mushrooms. In Northern areas where there are reindeer like some of Scandinavia, Siberia and other North Pole areas, the reindeer eat the magic mushrooms. This creates the presence of an active ingredient in the mushroom, Muscimol, in their urine. Shamans, and freaks, in these areas drink the reindeer urine to reach higher states of consciousness. There’s a really good, crazy cable series that has this in it called Fortitude. Takes place in Arctic Norway.

Oh that’s great - thank you - and highly relevant to where I’m spending my holidays.

Thank you! The video, I loved it, so much new things and facts I didn't know about...at the same time the mushrooms brought back good memories from my childhood...the forest, full of 'red-hats-white-dots' - beautiful and dangerous at the same time, I was running thru so often...Thanks for both of you ❤️🤍❤️🤍😊
